Key Responsibilities
- Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close for the international group
- Lead group reporting into Hims & Hers including US GAAP close requirements
- Own local statutory reporting across Australia and other in-scope jurisdictions
- Lead technical accounting positions and accounting memos
- Own external audit delivery for group and local statutory audits
- Drive alignment of accounting policies with Hims & Hers global finance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing international accounting team
- Own AP, AR, billing, intercompany, reconciliations and finance operations
- Lead payroll accounting interface with the People team
- Own cash management and banking operations for the international group
- Manage operational FX exposures
- Partner with Hims & Hers Group Treasury on cash visibility
- Drive working capital discipline
- Partner with SOX implementation lead to design and operationalise controls
- Own process-level controls relevant to controllership
- Prepare the international business for its first SOX audit cycle
- Own the finance systems landscape including NetSuite
- Ensure NetSuite supports accurate group reporting and SOX requirements
- Drive improvements to system-based controls
- Lead finance input into systems integrations and reporting automation
- Deliver timely reporting to Hims & Hers
- Provide high-quality flux analysis and balance sheet reviews
- Support integration of international finance function into Hims & Hers global operating model
