- Manage & Develop a High-Performing Team of 4 payroll and compensation specialists in Manila.
- Oversee EOR & Direct Employment Payrolls, ensuring smooth execution with third-party providers.
- Ensure Compensation Compliance & Reporting with global employment laws and tax regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements for payroll accuracy and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
- Support global compensation benchmarking and total rewards strategy.
