Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and process customer and end-user rebates (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with agreements
- Validate rebate calculations and support credit note approvals to ensure accuracy
- Review and investigate pricing and rebate queries, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain pricing master data, including wholesale pricing and contract records
- Monitor and identify pricing discrepancies across systems (e.g. SAP), escalating where required
- Support the execution of price updates and ensure system accuracy
- Assist in preparing regular reports on rebate spend, pricing compliance, and trends
- Support pricing inputs for tenders and customer reviews
- Contribute to process improvements, including increasing efficiency and reducing manual work
- Maintain documentation and support audit requirements
