Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
- Manage weekly and monthly payment runs in line with agreed terms
- Oversee supplier master data and ensure strong governance practices
- Monitor AP ageing and resolve outstanding items proactively
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four, fostering accountability and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial reporting standards
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and accruals
- Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, resolving queries and disputes
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to optimize processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and ERP (SAP) enhancements
