Key Responsibilities

•Guide and support participants through career change, setting clear expectations of all parties involved in a program.
•Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the program, providers and training solutions.
•Build and maintain internal and external relationships to facilitate the successful implementation of programs.
•Co-ordinate resource effort where required to ensure client program needs are met.
•Deliver career management programs in line with customer purchases.
•Ensure claim files are maintained and located as per Employers Mutual guidelines.
•Undertake regular checks, as agreed, on the delivery quality of services to customers.
•Assist with securing client and customer feedback.
•Interpret and analyse customer feedback to develop actions and strategies that improve the programs and service offering.
