Key Responsibilities

•Lead ideation, discovery and analysis activities, including structured workshops
•Produce high-quality analysis artefacts such as detailed business requirements, process models, data analysis, options analysis and decision records
•Undertake strategic analysis to support business cases, prioritisation and investment decisions
•Shape and recommend solution options, trade-offs and impacts to support decision-making
•Act as a subject matter expert on application and AI-enabled solution capabilities
•Support Agile delivery processes, including facilitation of Agile ceremonies and delivery events
•Maintain clear documentation and traceability using Jira, Confluence and approved templates
•Identify opportunities to improve outcomes through technology, data, AI tools, automation and process improvement
•Demonstrate ownership of analysis outcomes end-to-end, from ideation through delivery and closure
