Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for the CPM AI Copilot, moving beyond simple data display to Predictive Coaching.
- Collaborate with data science to integrate health scores into the Copilot, alerting CPMs to decreasing activity or potential red flags.
- Design features that analyze client portfolios to suggest the next best product.
- Build tools that draft personalized Portfolio Review summaries and performance reports.
- Work deeply with Client Portfolio Management teams to understand friction in client retention and translate needs into technical requirements.
- Client Forecasting & Account Planning for CPM portfolios of circa 85 clients.
