Key Responsibilities
- Own BAU job grading using AON methodology
- Act as subject matter expert on job grading and market developments
- Guide HRBPs and leaders through levelling conversations
- Support annual remuneration cycles with analytical input and recommendations
- Manage market benchmarking and translate outputs into actionable insights
- Contribute to global reward strategy evolution
- Act as thought partner to Head of Performance, Reward & Talent
- Lead development of benefits in primary market
- Evolve recognition practices for cultural alignment
