Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates across multiple channels including resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, and referrals.
- Engage with active and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Prescreen candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person interviews; evaluate applicants and submit shortlist.
- Schedule and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain roles in Greenhouse ATS.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs and draft compelling job descriptions.
- Keep interview panels well-informed and ensure preparedness.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop competency-based interview questions.
- Work with business leaders to shape effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide training and coaching to hiring managers and stakeholders new to recruitment.
- Manage candidate expectations and keep talent engaged throughout the hiring process.
