Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end ad sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close, while consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • •Build and manage a high-quality pipeline in Placements.io, delivering accurate forecasting and clear visibility across all stages
  • •Craft compelling pitches, media kits, and tailored commercial solutions, including sponsorships, insertion orders and custom integrations
  • •Develop and manage strategic relationships with brands, agencies, platforms and tech partners, representing KICK in all commercial conversations
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to expand creator-led offerings and unlock new revenue opportunities across the ecosystem
  • •Translate ideas into execution by partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships to deliver commercial initiatives
  • •Build business cases, pricing models and forecasts, while tracking performance and ROI to inform decision-making
