Key Responsibilities
- Help clients identify distress, clarify thoughts and goals, and build insight
- Provide time-limited, outcome-focused support via Telehealth and onsite sessions
- Support clients to access community services, including NDIS, housing, and dual-diagnosis pathways
- Create and review action plans using a Recovery-oriented, strengths-based approach
- Work with Area Mental Health Services and other providers to develop wellbeing and risk plans
- Apply MARAM, FVISS, and CISS frameworks when supporting clients impacted by family violence
- Build strong relationships with carers, peers, and community networks
