- Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based dental care to clients of all ages
- Exercise sound clinical judgment to develop personalised treatment plans and actively promote preventive oral health
- Lead by example in community outreach programs, expanding reach and contributing to improved public oral health outcomes
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, using Titanium
- Participate actively in peer reviews, case discussions, and quality improvement activities to support best practice care
- Share knowledge and collaborate effectively with colleagues across a large, multidisciplinary team
