Key Responsibilities
- Conduct rigging operations in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure reliability and safety
- Plan and execute lifts by analyzing load requirements and physical constraints
- Collaborate with crew members and other personnel to ensure effective communication during operations
- Implement safety measures to mitigate risks during rigging and lifting activities
- Assist in the preparation and setup of projects, including rigging layouts and load calculations
- Provide training and mentorship to junior riggers and new personnel on best practices and safety protocols
