Key Responsibilities
- Lead the manufacturing capability roadmap, enhancing leadership capability, talent pipelines, systems, and processes.
- Implement site training and development plans, including skills matrix management, to support world-class manufacturing excellence goals.
- Manage the Training & Development budget, prepare detailed training analysis, and ensure cost-effective sourcing, delivery, recording, and evaluation of all training activities.
- Represent supply in implementing central initiatives such as expectancy profiles and standards development programs.
