Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all event initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.
•Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders for event logistics, managing communications and aligning expectations.
•Support the Events Lead to develop the overall event strategy for buyer acquisition; lead the Activation BuildHub design and build execution.
•Manage event production and logistics such as bump-in and bump-out plans, floor plans, staffing, team travel etc.
•Manage the partner agency for activation, including design and execution, along with event organisers.
