Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth with a leader in material handling and software engineering
- Deliver high-impact solutions across large-scale projects shaping APAC supply chains
- Collaborate with innovative project engineers on game-changing automation & technology solutions
- Translate high-level customer requirements into technical solutions and compelling proposals
- Deliver technical guidance on software integration, infrastructure, security, and delivery timelines
- Design and present scalable solutions for the Dematic IQ Warehouse Control System
- Support sales efforts with detailed documentation, cost estimates, and presentations
- Act as a bridge between clients, sales, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in proposal tools, processes, and standard documentation
- Lead technical discovery with customers and internal teams
- Align solutions with standard software functionality while identifying bespoke requirements
- Design compelling technical presentations and proposals that are visually engaging and persuasive
- Gather and refine requirements, and feeding insights back into product development
- Build productive internal and external relationships to support collaborative sales processes
- Participate in client meetings, trainings, and product demos across varying stakeholder levels
