- Oversee all crane and lifting operations on site
- Plan and coordinate delivery, unloading, lifting, storage, and distribution of materials
- Ensure all lifting equipment is certified
- Lead and promote a strong safety culture on site
- Coordinate activities across principal contractor teams
- Work closely with Planning and Project Controls to sequence works
- Maintain clear communication between site teams
