Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of project delivery phase from contract review to final handover
- Reviewing contracts to define scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Leading development and management of integrated project schedules
- Aligning internal and external stakeholders on scope and execution strategy
- Managing project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial performance
- Identifying and managing unallocated costs, variations, and commercial risks
- Driving procurement, supplier commitments, and supply chain performance
- Overseeing subcontractor engagement, performance, and invoicing
- Leading risk management, change management, and issue resolution
- Managing project challenges including delays and scope changes
- Supporting FAT, SAT, commissioning, and customer acceptance testing
- Acting as key client-facing lead, managing expectations
