Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse staff to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations
- Oversee receiving, dispatch and inventory control to meet project and installation schedules
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritise dispatches and manage expectations
- Manage warehouse labour, freight and storage costs in line with project budgets
- Maintain accurate inventory and MRP data, including tracking, receipting and reporting
- Establish and improve warehouse processes, layouts and material flow
- Liaise with Production Planning, Purchasing and Suppliers on inventory, packaging and freight
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and reporting cadence
- Manage damaged goods, quarantine processes and issue escalation
- Oversee forklifts, equipment maintenance and facility close-out at project completion
- Ensure compliance with Dematic safety standards, including audits, SWMS and site reviews
