Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of automated warehouse and DC projects
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets
- Interpret contracts to align scope, deliverables, timelines
- Manage project schedules, identify critical path activities, drive on-time delivery
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, supply chain teams ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- Manage project financials, cost forecasting, tracking, budget adherence
- Support contract management, variations, supplier performance
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, change impacts
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, reporting, alignment across project teams
- Support commissioning activities including FAT, SAT, customer acceptance
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to quality standards
