Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and support software for real-time automation and warehouse control systems
•Deploy and commission solutions onsite, ensuring successful system implementation
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live operational environments
•Integrate system interfaces using protocols such as Dematic DCI or similar technologies
•Configure and support WMS/WxS systems aligned to operational requirements
•Use Linux (Red Hat) commands for monitoring, diagnostics, and configuration
•Execute SQL queries to analyse data and support system functionality
•Collaborate with engineering, project, and customer teams to deliver successful outcomes
•Participate in system testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
•Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders
•Train end users with Dematic application workflows
•Provide customer support
•Promote Health and Safety culture whilst working on and off-site
