Key Responsibilities
- Providing second level technical support to maintenance team
- Conformance to OHS&E standards in design and execution of all work
- Prepare/assist with budget costing and quoting
- Development of functional specifications
- Complete regular system diagnostics and analysis procedures and provide customer reports
- Preparation of PLC programs and configuration of SCADA and PLC-related equipment e.g. HMI's, Scanners, Roller drive-cards and VSD's
- Report on designed/installed equipment which is not performing to design specifications
- Testing and commissioning of systems on site
- Preparation of test plans and operator & technical manuals
- Training client personnel and providing customer support
- Assist with interstate or some overseas projects when required
