Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to customers by investigating, resolving, and escalating Mobile Automation system issues
•Manage incidents and project tasks to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
•Communicate and build strong relationships with customers, including training operators and client personnel
•Maintain accurate documentation, including technical records, reports, and administrative tasks
•Commissioning of AGVs on-site
•Assist senior engineers with costing, scheduling and ordering hardware/equipment
•System upgrades and configuration of computer hardware
•Testing and integration of AGV and PLC systems
•Ensure compliance with safety standards (OHS&E)
