Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate master data, including pricing and customer information, in internal systems (e.g., SAP/SPS).
•Monitor and analyze inventory levels, safety stock, and forecast data to support supply planning.
•Process and manage customer orders, delivery dates, and inbound schedules.
•Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery.
•Coordinate with vendors, factories, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
•Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth order handling, shipment, and invoicing.
•Track and analyze order trends, forecast accuracy, and customer demand to support planning and decision-making.
•Issue invoice and proforma invoice. Review AR/ follow up overdue invoice and process logistic invoice.
•Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues to ensure aligned and efficient operations.
•Follow up on incomplete or incorrect data with internal and external stakeholders.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and ongoing support.
•Support the Sales team with customer documents, CRM updates, sales reporting, sample coordination, and admin tasks.
