Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate master data, including pricing and customer information, in internal systems (e.g., SAP/SPS).
  • •Monitor and analyze inventory levels, safety stock, and forecast data to support supply planning.
  • •Process and manage customer orders, delivery dates, and inbound schedules.
  • •Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery.
  • •Coordinate with vendors, factories, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth order handling, shipment, and invoicing.
  • •Track and analyze order trends, forecast accuracy, and customer demand to support planning and decision-making.
  • •Issue invoice and proforma invoice. Review AR/ follow up overdue invoice and process logistic invoice.
  • •Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues to ensure aligned and efficient operations.
  • •Follow up on incomplete or incorrect data with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and ongoing support.
  • •Support the Sales team with customer documents, CRM updates, sales reporting, sample coordination, and admin tasks.
