Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute OEM/ODM sales strategy in Europe
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and design wins
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Own strategic OEM/ODM customer relationships at executive level
- Lead negotiations, pricing, and long-term agreements
- Ensure strong account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance
- Translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions
- Support global initiatives (cost, footprint, sustainability)
