Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of assigned building works packages across the full project lifecycle
  • •Coordinate and manage design queries, RFIs, drawing reviews and registers
  • •Identify design risks, non-conformances and opportunities within assigned works packages
  • •Monitor and report progress of design, procurement and construction activities against programme milestones
  • •Support site teams with coordination of on-site installation works
  • •Liaise with subcontractors to ensure works are delivered in accordance with contract scope, specifications and programme requirements
  • •Assist with preparation of scopes of work, subcontract packages and tender assessments
  • •Track procurement lead times and delivery schedules for key materials
  • •Monitor subcontractor performance and proactively identify and escalate risks, delays or quality issues
  • •Support implementation of DCOH HSEQ systems and WHS obligations
  • •Assist in coordinating inspection and test plans (ITPs), inspections and testing with consultants and engineers
  • •Monitor compliance with Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, engineering specifications and authority approvals
  • •Ensure quality records and as-built documentation are progressively collected and maintained
  • •Maintain accurate project records including RFIs, variations, transmittals, meeting minutes and registers
  • •Participate in site, consultant and coordination meetings
