Key Responsibilities

•Support delivery of assigned building works packages across the full project lifecycle
•Coordinate and manage design queries, RFIs, drawing reviews and registers
•Identify design risks, non-conformances and opportunities within assigned works packages
•Monitor and report progress of design, procurement and construction activities against programme milestones
•Support site teams with coordination of on-site installation works
•Liaise with subcontractors to ensure works are delivered in accordance with contract scope, specifications and programme requirements
•Assist with preparation of scopes of work, subcontract packages and tender assessments
•Track procurement lead times and delivery schedules for key materials
•Monitor subcontractor performance and proactively identify risks, delays or quality issues
•Support implementation of DCOH HSEQ systems and WHS obligations
•Assist in coordinating inspection and test plans (ITPs), inspections and testing
•Monitor compliance with Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, engineering specifications and authority approvals
•Ensure quality records and as-built documentation are progressively collected and maintained
•Maintain accurate project records including RFIs, variations, transmittals, meeting minutes and registers
•Participate in site, consultant and coordination meetings
