- Collaborate on resource management with multiple teams
- Ensure resources are identified, assigned, and able to engage as planned
- Ensure customers receive timely access to relevant talent and expertise
- Drive resolution of delivery challenges and address resource contentions
- Gain deep understanding of people's skills and development plans
- Engage preferred delivery partners for relevant resource requests
- Remediate resourcing clashes and unforeseen events
- Perform data-driven analysis of resource productivity, utilization, and demand forecasting
