Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting, month-end closing, and delivery of financial reports
- Deliver complete and correct annual accounts for OSV division and related entities
- Act as primary contact for external auditors
- Contribute to quarterly rolling forecast and annual business plan
- Analyze and interpret financial data; monitor cost center budgets; prepare variance analyses
- Deliver accurate cash flow forecasts and analyses
- Ensure compliance with laws, accounting standards, and Damen policies; improve financial control processes
- Contribute to financial and tax risk mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement of departmental processes
