Key Responsibilities
- Maintain frequent touchpoints with customer leaders to drive continuous Quality improvements and escalate critical issues.
- Collaborate with Global Strategic Account Director to align Quality strategies with Commercial goals.
- Partner with stakeholders in complaint handling to ensure alignment between customer expectations and Cytiva’s responses.
- Prepare and deliver Quality insights for customer business reviews using complaint trends.
- Review Quality business metrics and dashboards to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate goals.
