Key Responsibilities
- Partner with VPs of Operations to drive improvement in Safety, Quality, OTD, Inventory and Productivity across 5 manufacturing sites
- Support Operations strategy and execute key initiatives
- Ensure impactful kaizen events across Operations teams including compliance to kaizen process
- Partner with site DBSLs to identify gaps in DBS capability and manage Certified Practitioner funnel
- Drive DBS Fundamentals and culture within Operations teams
