Key Responsibilities

•Perform installation, qualification (IQOQ, RQ, CCP), preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on Cytiva’s lab-scale and bioprocessing equipment
•Support digital and automation solutions including UNICORN, Figurate, Chronicle, OptiRun Connect, Historian and networking
•Maintain accurate and complete service documentation, including PM and qualification documents, service reports, calibration records, raw data in line with GDP requirements and Cytiva Standard Works
•Work closely with teammates and technical experts to continuously grow technical skillset and sharing experience/knowledge
•Collaborate with broader team (incl. sales, product, and customer service) to deliver exceptional service to Cytiva customers
•Participate in revenue-generating activities such as contract renewals, sales lead generation, and implementation of service programs
•Travel across ANZ to support customers in both research and GMP manufacturing environments
