Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, qualification (IQOQ, RQ, CCP), preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on Cytiva’s lab-scale and bioprocessing equipment
- Support digital and automation solutions including UNICORN, Figurate, Chronicle, OptiRun Connect, Historian and networking
- Maintain accurate and complete service documentation, including PM and qualification documents, service reports, calibration records, raw data in line with GDP requirements and Cytiva Standard Works
- Work closely with teammates and technical experts to continuously grow technical skillset and sharing experience/knowledge
- Collaborate with broader team (incl. sales, product, and customer service) to deliver exceptional service to Cytiva customers
- Participate in revenue-generating activities such as contract renewals, sales lead generation, and implementation of service programs
- Travel across ANZ to support customers in both research and GMP manufacturing environments
