Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of timely and accurate monthly reporting
- Own P&L management including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs to ensure performance targets are met
- Manage annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
- Build and maintain financial models (e.g. Anaplan)
- Provide insights on risks, opportunities, and performance trends
- Ensure strong compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and financial integrity
- Partner with senior leaders across finance and operations
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Influence decision-making through strong commercial acumen
- Identify and implement process and system improvements
- Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
