Key Responsibilities
- Lead planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and facilities operations across multiple precincts.
- Manage facilities contractors and service providers to ensure performance, safety and compliance standards are met.
- Oversee maintenance workflows, work orders and operational coordination with onsite Helpdesk teams.
- Support events and precinct operations, ensuring facilities readiness and post-event rectification.
- Monitor asset condition, operational risks and maintenance priorities.
- Prepare facilities reporting and contribute to governance, compliance and operational improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Property Management, HSE, Projects, Finance and Event Operations teams.
