Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the preparation and coordination of tender documentation, expressions of interest, contract drafting, and supplier communications.
  • •Issue notices of award, variations, novations, deeds, and termination letters.
  • •Assist with transition‑in and transition‑out activities for procured services.
  • •Maintain accurate procurement records, including pipelines, RFx documentation, submissions, evaluations, and contract databases.
  • •Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and cross‑functional C&W teams.
  • •Support contractor performance management, including attending meetings and recording minutes.
  • •Coordinate contractor communications and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • •Uphold C&W’s global policies, including Code of Business Conduct, Anti‑Bribery & Corruption, Vendor Integrity, and Health & Safety.
  • •Actively contribute to C&W’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals.
