•Leads projects for Tech Transfers, new market entries in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Provides project management leadership, developing strategy proposals and risk mitigation plans.
•Leads cross-functional teams to optimize value, time, resources, and risks.
•Supports development of project budgets for OPEX annual Budgets.
•Develops and maintains integrated project plans, monitors activities against milestones and budget.
•Analyzes information to solve problems and keeps projects on schedule.
•Develops and tracks project KPIs, communicates progress and risks to stakeholders.
•Represents projects at governance meetings like Budget Review, SIRB & OIRB.
•Prepares pre-read reports and presentation materials for Governance meetings.
•Influences teams to collaborate and deliver superior performance through leadership and mentoring.
