Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all integrated facility, building maintenance, engineering stores and operations services supporting manufacturing.
- Translate global Engineering & Maintenance strategies into effective site execution models and performance outcomes.
- Responsible for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services including facilities maintenance, cleaning, waste, pest control and associated contracts.
- Lead and govern maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution support processes to ensure asset reliability and GMP compliance; ensure effective management of engineering stores.
- Accountable for the integrity, governance, and lifecycle management of engineering master data within CMMS, CAD services and related systems.
- Define and govern operational readiness requirements for capital projects, ensuring effective handover into operations.
