Key Responsibilities
- Stabilise and optimise the Workday Learning environment post go-live
- Configure and enhance learning programs, curricula, rules, notifications and reporting
- Establish and embed governance frameworks, processes, documentation and quality standards
- Support content owners to manage and maintain learning content library
- Partner with Learning, People Systems, IT and external Workday partners
- Strengthen reporting and audit readiness
- Build internal capability through documentation, coaching and knowledge transfer
- Prepare BAU playbooks and handover materials
- Monitor Workday releases and improve system efficiency
