Key Responsibilities

•Leading business analysis activities across end to end transformation initiatives including current state assessment, requirements gathering, process mapping and future state design.
•Driving process improvement and simplification, identifying gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across workforce planning, scheduling, day of operations and payroll/T&A workflows.
•Engaging and facilitating structured workshops with business stakeholders to validate assumptions, refine requirements, and ensure shared understanding of outcomes and priorities.
•Supporting delivery and change enablement, assisting digital squads, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and helping ensure solutions are adopted and embedded.
•Producing and maintaining high quality documentation, including process maps, decision logs, Jira boards, Confluence spaces and artefacts that support governance and repeatable ways of working.
