Key Responsibilities
- Leading business analysis activities across end to end transformation initiatives including current state assessment, requirements gathering, process mapping and future state design.
- Driving process improvement and simplification, identifying gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across workforce planning, scheduling, day of operations and payroll/T&A workflows.
- Engaging and facilitating structured workshops with business stakeholders to validate assumptions, refine requirements, and ensure shared understanding of outcomes and priorities.
- Supporting delivery and change enablement, assisting digital squads, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and helping ensure solutions are adopted and embedded.
- Producing and maintaining high quality documentation, including process maps, decision logs, Jira boards, Confluence spaces and artefacts that support governance and repeatable ways of working.
