Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for People & Culture enquiries through the centralised support mailbox and phone line
  • •Provide accurate, timely advice on all people-related enquiries to all team members
  • •Advise team members and leaders on enquiries regarding Crown Enterprise Agreements and People and Culture policies and procedures
  • •Record and manage enquiries through Salesforce HR case management
  • •Promote self-service tools through Workday and the People & Culture Hubs
  • •Support with the coordination and administration of Recognition & Reward initiatives, including Service Milestones
  • •End-to-end visa management and support for employees across the business
  • •Support the full employee lifecycle as required, including Recruitment & Onboarding, employment changes, leave management, working rights management, remunerations, benefits, performance & development, and offboarding
  • •Maintain, update, and govern People & Culture knowledge libraries and SharePoint platforms
  • •Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Industrial Relations, Performance and Reward, Organisational Development, Workforce Planning, and other P&C Centres of Excellence
