Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, professional first aid and emergency medical care to patrons, employees and contractors
- Respond promptly to medical incidents, including those dispatched by the jurisdictional ambulance service
- Take clinical leadership at medical incidents, coordinating patient care, scene management and escalation
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and determine appropriate treatment or referral pathways
- Liaise effectively with external Emergency Services, ensuring safe and efficient patient handover
- Comply with Crown Perth policies, clinical governance standards and health & safety requirements
