Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with business unit and operational leaders to provide strategic, commercial and analytical finance support aligned to business objectives.
•Deliver timely, accurate and insightful financial analysis and management reporting, including weekly, monthly and quarterly performance commentary versus budget, forecast and prior year.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with business leaders, including scenario and "what‑if" analysis.
•Develop financial models and business cases to support investment decisions, cost initiatives and strategic projects, tracking benefits where required.
•Influence decision‑making by translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non‑financial stakeholders.
•Ensure compliance with Crown Group finance policies, accounting standards and relevant legislation, maintaining robust financial governance.
•Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across finance processes, including automation and reduction of manual reporting.
•Lead and develop Finance Business Partners by setting clear expectations, managing performance, prioritising workload and supporting capability uplift.
