Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex employee relations matters across performance, misconduct, grievances and investigations, acting as the senior escalation point within Tier 2 authority
- Provide expert guidance to leaders and ER practitioners on case strategy, procedural fairness, risk management and defensible outcomes
- Ensure ER delivery aligns with employment legislation, enterprise agreements, Crown policies and Respect@Work and psychosocial safety obligations
- Lead, coach and develop a high performing ER team, uplifting capability, confidence and consistency across ER delivery
- Drive quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement by identifying trends, systemic risks and opportunities for prevention
