Key Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining reusable Terraform modules for multi-project GCP environments.
- Improving and safeguarding our CI/CD setup (Atlantis, Cloud Build, Github Integrations).
- Understanding and optimizing BigQuery as a platform component.
- Developing and streamlining IaC (Pulumi, Infrastructure Manager).
- Strengthening IAM governance, policies and least-privilege models across the organization.
- Improving container security (image scanning, signing, enforcement).
- Writing Python applications to add to the GCP toolkit.
- Simplifying platform architecture and reducing technical debt.
- Acting as a sparring partner for architectural discussions.
- Mentoring colleagues and reviewing designs and code.
