Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Customer Success strategy to drive card growth, utilisation, and customer satisfaction across large business/institutional segments.
- Partner with frontline and TBS teams to support new-to-bank acquisitions, cross-sell, and complex deals.
- Lead pre-sales support, including pricing for strategic opportunities, contributing to RFPs and pitches, and solutioning with clients.
- Champion the voice of the customer, using insights and feedback to inform product and journey strategy and improvements.
- Drive product knowledge and capability uplift across frontline teams.
- Translate customer pain points into problem solving opportunities with customers and potential customers.
- Deliver committed initiatives in line with Crew/EBB priorities.
- Maintain strong risk and compliance discipline in line with Group policies.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across Product, Distribution, Service teams, Risk and Marketing.
