- Own end-to-end product management of Travel products, driving performance and outcomes
- Deliver initiatives that improve NPS and support sustainable growth
- Partner within a squad to enhance digital customer experiences
- Identify opportunities to simplify products and uplift SOPs and processes
- Monitor market, competitor, regulatory, and broader industry trends to inform decisions
- Manage risks and controls, ensuring products operate as designed and align with CBA risk expectations
- Support the Product Owner in delivering strategic roadmap initiatives and BAU activities
