Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver industry strategies across Specialist Sales verticals, aligned to Business Banking priorities.
- Develop annual plans and strategic roadmaps for each industry in partnership with stream leads.
- Scope market opportunities across priority industries, leveraging data and insights to identify growth segments and inform strategy.
- Provide strategy support for thought leadership in partnership with GM Go-to-Market.
- Lead the design and implementation of sales enablement frameworks to uplift capability and execution consistency across Business Banking.
- Work with industry stream leads on system and sales capability programs to improve frontline effectiveness.
- Tailor go-to-market assets into content for Business Bank distribution channels.
- Enable consistent and scalable deployment of industry strategies across all Business Banking segments.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence alignment across industry stream leads and Business Banking stakeholders.
- Risk management. Effective role modelling and leadership of risk culture.
