Key Responsibilities

•Support execution of the domain data strategy aligned to business priorities
•Own the delivery, governance, and lifecycle of reusable Data Products and Data Assets
•Define Data Products with clear business context and metadata
•Ensure compliance with Group standards across data management
•Champion continuous improvement of the data estate
•Embed strong data management practices for ethical data and AI use
•Partner with Crew Leads, Tech Leads, and CIO teams to deliver data product roadmaps
•Enable effective data producer–consumer collaboration
•Ensure Data Products comply with Information Security and Privacy policies
•Set, monitor, and maintain data quality standards
•Drive uplift and remediation where Data Products no longer meet standards
•Define and manage appropriate access and usage of Data Products
•Promote data literacy and adoption of best practices
