Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a strong portfolio of commercial property sales and leasing clients
- Drive new business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and ‘hunter’ attitude
- Source, negotiate, and close commercial property sales and leasing deals from start to finish
- Conduct property inspections, market presentations, and client negotiations
- Provide expert market knowledge, advice, and strategic sales solutions to clients
- Collaborate closely with marketing to maximise property exposure (signage, brochures, online campaigns, Information Memorandums, and videos)
- Maintain high visibility and credibility within the Ballarat commercial property market
