Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement partner and senior leadership development solutions aligned to business-critical leadership skills.
- Identify learning and development needs via capability frameworks, performance review data, focus groups, surveys, etc.
- Prepare internal proposals for programs including learning objectives, methods, budget, and delivery plan.
- Develop communications and engagement strategy to support development solutions and embed learning.
- Evaluate and continuously improve leadership offerings based on impact, feedback, and evolving needs.
- Develop solutions for partners to embrace AI and Clifford Chance's brand.
- Implement leadership development for succession pipelines for leadership roles.
- Implement partner programs for career milestones (e.g., transitioning into or out of equity partnership).
- Conduct coaching needs analysis and manage individual/team coaching requests.
- Integrate coaching solutions into leadership and partner development programs.
- Develop evaluation strategy for partner career journey and coaching.
- Manage budget for partner programs and coaching.
